1. Introduction

Welcome to Supra Apartments. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.supraapartments.sr) and the accommodation services we provide. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Supra Apartments is located in Paramaribo, Suriname, and offers short-term rental accommodations to guests visiting Suriname.

2. Definitions

• "Supra Apartments," "we," "us," "our" refers to Supra Apartments and its owners/operators.
• "Guest," "you," "your" refers to the person making the reservation and all persons staying at the property.
• "Property" refers to any apartment or accommodation unit offered by Supra Apartments.
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for accommodation.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Supra Apartments.

3.2 Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required for all reservations. Shorter stays may be considered at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

3.3 Guest Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. All guests must be registered and provide valid identification upon check-in.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by cash (EUR, USD, SRD) and bank transfer to DSB Bank. Full payment is due upon check-in unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or phone. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your notification.

6. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 10:00 AM. Check-out time is 09:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

7. House Rules

Guests agree to:

• Respect quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM)
• Not smoke inside the apartments
• Not bring pets (service animals excepted with prior arrangement)
• Not host parties or events without prior approval
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy of the booked unit
• Keep the property in good condition
• Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

8. Liability

8.1 Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest.

8.2 Our Liability

Supra Apartments is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the accommodation.

9. Force Majeure

Supra Apartments shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or civil unrest.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Supra Apartments and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Suriname. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suriname.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
