Check-in Process
Confirm Your Arrival
Contact us at least 24 hours before your arrival with your estimated time. We will arrange to meet you at the apartment.
Meet & Greet
Our staff will welcome you at the apartment, provide a brief tour, and hand over the keys.
Complete Payment
If not already paid, complete your payment upon arrival. We accept cash (EUR, USD, SRD) and DSB Bank transfers.
Settle In
Your apartment is ready for you to enjoy. Our contact information will be provided for any assistance during your stay.
Check-out Process
Prepare for Departure
Ensure all personal belongings are packed. Check all rooms, closets, and the refrigerator.
Leave the Apartment Tidy
Please leave dishes clean, dispose of trash, and leave the apartment in reasonable condition.
Return Keys
Arrange key return with our staff. We can meet you at the apartment or arrange an alternative drop-off location.
Airport transfer service is available for an additional fee. Book in advance to ensure availability.
For late arrivals (after 8 PM), please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements.
Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Please keep your keys safe during your stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
