Cancellation Timeline
More than 14 days before arrival
Full refund
Cancel at least 14 days before your check-in date and receive a full refund of any payments made.
7-14 days before arrival
50% refund
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of payments made.
Less than 7 days before arrival
No refund
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.
How to Cancel Your Booking
To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly using one of the following methods:

Booking Modifications
Date changes are free of charge when made more than 14 days before the original check-in date, subject to availability.
Shortening your stay is treated as a partial cancellation and follows the same refund policy.
Extending your stay is always welcome and subject to availability. Contact us to check options.
Changing to a different apartment type may result in price adjustments based on the new accommodation.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can occur. In the following cases, we will work with you to find a solution:
- Flight cancellations or major delays (documentation required)
- Serious illness or medical emergencies (medical documentation required)
- Government travel restrictions or advisories
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
Please contact us as soon as possible in any of these situations, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, and the full booking amount will be charged. If you are delayed, please contact us immediately to avoid your booking being cancelled.
