Reservation Process
1. Submit Your Request
Complete the booking form on our website with your preferred dates, number of guests, and accommodation choice. This is a booking request, not a confirmed reservation.
2. Availability Confirmation
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours to confirm availability. You will receive an email with booking details and total price.
3. Booking Confirmation
Once you accept the offer, your booking is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with all details for your stay, including check-in instructions.
4. Payment
Full payment is due upon check-in. We accept cash (EUR, USD, SRD) and bank transfers to DSB Bank. No deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Guest Requirements
All guests must provide valid identification (passport or ID card) upon check-in.
The lead guest making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the booked accommodation.
All guests staying at the property must be registered at check-in.
House Rules
What's Included
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any accidental damage immediately so we can address it together.
Supra Apartments is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend travel insurance for valuable items.
